Validation is an important topic that often comes up in the inner work of those on a Twin Flame journey. To validate means to make valid or to verify something, and in the case of Twin Flames, it is important to learn how to validate yourself rather than looking to your Twin Flame for validation. Your Twin Flame is your mirror and will reflect back to you where you are not validating yourself or giving yourself approval.
