“You’re still looking at him.

You shouldn’t.

Stop.

Leave him alone.

Look at him only to the degree that how you feel about him is shown to you.

You’re still concerned about ‘we,’ and that includes him, and you’re still not concerned about yourself. You’re still not taking responsibility.

You look at how you feel, and you do the Mirror Exercise and change that by loving yourself. That’s it.

There is no ‘we’ right now. There’s never going to be a ‘we.’ There’s only you, and how you feel. That’s where your Union is, is in how you feel, because you’re not separate from him.

It’s not in ‘we;’ it’s not in ‘us;’ it’s not in ‘him;’ it’s not what he’s doing; it’s not the choices he makes; those will be eternally irrelevant, except to reflect back to you the content of your own mind.

The reflection is not the important piece, just like what shows up on the screen in a movie theater is not the important piece. The important piece is what is inside that reel at the back.

We have not told you, “Just be happy, and he’ll come around.” We have told you, “Move through your upset and feel good, now, and that attracts him to you.”

This is a science. This is not something your mom tells you to shut your ass up. This is something that we’re telling you that is scientifically going to bring you your man.

You’re not going to get your man by looking at him right now.

You’re not going to get your man by being concerned about a ‘we’ or a ‘him.’

Only by being concerned about a ‘you’ and how you feel.
