Empty cup?

You might have heard the expression, “You can't give from an empty cup."

But have you thought about what it is like to give from a cup that's not quite empty, yet not quite full? That doesn't work so well either.

If our cup is not full, we might find ourselves giving from a place of scarcity rather than abundance. We might give out of obligation, guilt, or fear of not being enough. This type of giving often leads to burnout, resentment, and disappointment. We might feel like we're not doing enough, or that our efforts are not making a difference. This is because we're not giving from a place of overflow.

The best way to give is from a cup that's overflowing. When we're overflowing, we're giving from a place of abundance. We have more than enough to give, and we give freely without any expectations or conditions. This type of giving is energizing, uplifting, and life-giving. It nourishes us and the people around us.

So, how do we fill our cup to the point of overflowing? The answer is simple. We need to give ourselves all the love we need before we can overflow that love to others. We need to go to Source and get it from God. We need to fill our cup with self-love, self-care, and self-compassion. We need to nourish our bodies, minds, and souls with activities and practices that bring us joy, peace, and fulfillment. We need to take the Mirror Exercise to completion for every upset, and connect to the Teachings and our Daily Bread in Twin Flame Ascension School.

When we fill our cup to the point of overflowing, we become a beacon of light, love, and hope. We radiate positive energy and attract people and opportunities that align with our highest good. We become more patient, understanding, and compassionate towards ourselves and others. We give without any expectations or conditions, and in doing so, we receive even more blessings and abundance.

So, my friend, don't give from a cup that's not quite empty, yet not quite full. Give from a cup that's overflowing with love, joy, and abundance. Take care of yourself first, and then overflow that love to others. Remember that self-love is not selfish; it's essential. Fill your cup with love, and watch how it transforms your life and the lives of those around you.
