Only What You Feel
Only What You Feel Matters
Simply being your Twin Flame does not mean you should be concerned about what they are doing. If you truly believe that this person is meant for you, as chosen by God, then why try to control them? Why worry about what they are doing? Instead, focus on what they are reflecting in you. This is not about changing external circumstances or making decisions based on them. It is about looking at the situation and saying, "This is how it makes me feel." If it makes you feel fabulous, invest in it. If it makes you feel bad, change the choice you are making within yourself to feel better. The solution lies in feeling better on the inside, not in external changes. The Mirror Exercise is a tool that can help you make the necessary changes within yourself.
Here’s a powerful passage from Jeff and Shaleia, transcribed from Twin Flame Ascension School. S7C63
“Just because he's your Twin Flame doesn't mean you should give a shit what he's doing. If you really believe in this work, if you really believe that's God's man for you, then why are you still trying to control? Why are you so concerned about looking over there at what you think you see? You're refusing to see in yourself what he's reflecting to you.
My advice has remained the same since you met me. It's always: look at what that makes you feel inside, and choose to feel better about it. Not change the circumstance, not go out there, not make a new decision out here, not turn some wheels over there, not buy this or sell that, or go here or go there, or say yes here say yes there; these are all external things. What you need to do in every facet of your life, in every single circumstance, is look at it and say “this is how this makes me feel. It makes me feel fabulous, or it makes me feel bad.” If it’s fabulous, I’ll say “Yes, I want more of that, I’m going to keep investing there.” If it makes me feel bad, well then I’m going to change the way I feel by changing the choice I’m making inside of myself, and then I feel better, and then the problem is solved. Problem is solved when I feel better about it on the inside.
Problem is not solved when it changes on the outside. Changes on the outside is completely, one hundred percent irrelevant all the time… You feel better, that’s the change that you need to make inside of yourself by doing the Mirror Exercise.”
