Josh and I have been going deeper in our Life Purpose as Twin Flames in Union. He's been supporting our Union by being in charge of all the food, and he's been loving growing plants out back. Often, just as we are nearing a significant breakthrough, the ego attempts to sabotage our progress by creating fear, doubt, and uncertainty. This is because the ego thrives on the illusion of separation, feeding on past traumas and unresolved emotions. It fears the possibility of union and spiritual growth, as that would diminish its hold over us.

Writing helps me to be more present and untangle the threads of each upset. Ever since Jeff and Shaleia have shared how important it is to write out in order to master it, I listened to them and did exactly that. It's from writing it out over and over again that I began to have some mastery over it, and still, I humbly recognize how it is still a beloved support to turn to pen and paper to write out my Mirror Exercises.
