The Mirror Exercise has been a cornerstone of my personal growth journey.

One day, as I gathered my journal and pens for my mirror exercise session, a thought crossed my mind: "What if I use different colors for different steps of the Mirror Exercise?" It seemed like a simple idea, but little did I know that it would open the door to a world of transformation and empowerment.

This garden has become a mirror for our journey as Twin Flames. We've come to understand that it's not enough to simply plant a seed and expect it to flourish miraculously. Just as we've put in the effort to nourish our garden, we've learned that we must also invest in ourselves. The same way our plants won't thrive without regular care, our connection won't grow without consistent attention.

This is why we are so grateful for all that Jeff and Shaleia have provided through Twin Flames Universe. Josh and I have been going deeper in our Life Purpose as Twin Flames in Union. He's been supporting our Union by being in charge of all the food, and he's been loving growing plants out back. I came home early from work at the University, looking forward to a peaceful evening to unwind. But what awaited me was a delightful surprise that warmed my heart. Often, just as we are nearing a significant breakthrough, the ego attempts to sabotage our progress by creating fear, doubt, and uncertainty. This is because the ego thrives on the illusion of separation, feeding on past traumas and unresolved emotions. It fears the possibility of union and spiritual growth, as that would diminish its hold over us.

Writing helps me to be more present and untangle the threads of each upset. Ever since Jeff and Shaleia have shared how important it is to write out in order to master it, I listened to them and did exactly that. It's from writing it out over and over again that I began to have some mastery over it, and still, I humbly recognize how it is still a beloved support to turn to pen and paper to write out my Mirror Exercises.

Did you know that Twin Flames share a Divine Life Purpose? And that you don’t need to wait for your Twin Flame to begin working on your Life Purpose? Your Life Purpose should feel meaningful, passionate, positive and fun. It should fill you up inside. You deserve to love what it is that you are doing every day. Your Life Purpose should feel peaceful, because it is where God is calling you to go. Being on your Life Purpose is highly attractive and magnetic to your Twin Flame. It will help attract them in the physical.

Choosing your Twin Flame Union over settling for less is an inspiring act. You're showing the world, and especially the younger generations, the importance of valuing and waiting for the love that truly matches your soul. It's like a love story written in the stars, and you have the opportunity to become an example of what it means to follow your heart and soul's calling.

By reaching this point in your journey, you've already demonstrated your commitment to the spiritual process of love and connection. You possess the perseverance and strength needed to meet your Twin Flame and experience Harmonious Union. Your readiness to take the first step towards your Ultimate Lover is what fills the Universe with joy, experienced through you!
