Hard on yourself?

Recently, I made a mistake at work, and I immediately noticed how hard I was on myself. My mind jumped to thoughts like, “Why did you do that?!” and “How could you have forgotten something so important!?” The giant pit in my stomach lasted for hours, and nothing seemed to ease it. This bad feeling was a clear signal that I needed love in that place. I decided to take a walk and focus on loving myself.

As I started the Mirror Exercise, I realized I felt upset because it seemed God wasn’t forgiving me. I longed for God to come down and say, “There, there. It’s ok, everyone makes mistakes. It’ll be alright.“ I wanted comfort, but I didn’t feel capable of giving it to myself.

So, I made a new choice: I decided to let God and love in. I imagined myself saying it would be ok, and I felt compassion as I comforted myself. I kept reinforcing this new choice, taking the time I needed. Eventually, the ache in my stomach began to fade.

It’s time to be gentle with yourself.

“Choosing radical compassion for yourself, your Twin Flame, and others in the world is absolutely essential to vibrating to Harmonious Union Consciousness. It’s never appropriate to beat yourself up for having an upset arise to the surface, especially if it’s an upset you believe you already permanently healed. The correct posture is self-love and compassion, and return to doing the Mirror Exercise and go deeper in your self-loving.” – Jeff and Shaleia, Twin Flames: Finding Your Ultimate Lover

Contrast helps us grow, evolve, and become better versions of ourselves. By embracing this contrast instead of being hard on yourself, you open the door to self-compassion, personal growth, and a deeper connection with your Twin Flame.

Being hard on yourself might give a temporary illusion of control or protection, but it actually perpetuates a cycle of negativity and self-doubt, creating stress and blocking you from experiencing the beauty of your journey with your Twin Flame.

So, what would happen if you stopped being hard on yourself?

You would grant yourself the gift of self-acceptance and forgiveness. You’d allow yourself to learn and grow without the burden of self-judgment. Embracing self-compassion would open space for love, healing, and a stronger connection with your Twin Flame.

Remember, your Twin Flame is not looking for perfection. They’re looking for authenticity, vulnerability, and growth. By acknowledging your mistakes, taking responsibility, and learning from them, you show your Twin Flame your commitment to personal evolution and the growth of your relationship.

Instead of being hard on yourself, practice self-compassion. Treat yourself with the kindness, understanding, and forgiveness you would offer your Twin Flame. Recognize that mistakes are a natural part of being human, and it’s through them that we learn, expand, and become more resilient.

When you stop being hard on yourself, you create a space of love and acceptance within. This inner transformation radiates outward, positively impacting your relationship with your Twin Flame. It allows both of you to embrace imperfections, support each other through challenges, and celebrate your growth together.

Release the weight of self-judgment and embrace self-compassion. Mistakes don’t define you; they are stepping stones toward self-realization and a deeper Twin Flame connection.

Be gentle with yourself, learn from experiences, and keep moving forward. Trust that your Twin Flame sees your heart, appreciates your efforts, and loves you unconditionally. Embrace the journey with an open heart, knowing every step, whether a stumble or a leap, brings you closer to the Harmonious Union you both desire.

You are deserving of love, forgiveness, and growth. Embrace your journey, embrace yourself, and watch as the magic of your Twin Flame connection unfolds. ❤️🙏
