Meditation
Josh and I have begun to meditate together. It was his idea initially, but I realized my heart called for it too. He turns on some ambient music, and we just relax in stillness, watching our thoughts and feeling our feelings. We're in our hearts for a good thirty minutes. He has always been drawn to meditation - one of our first dates was meditating at a Korean Buddhist temple over two years ago. It could become part of our Life Purpose together, I believe.
In the past, things didn't feel this peaceful at all in my Union. that's when I searched for a path to healing, found out about Twin Flames, and not long after that, I found Jeff and Shaleia on YouTube. From watching their Twin Flame Ascension School classes and going deeper in these teachings, claiming support in the community, Josh and I attained and maintain our Harmonious Union. I thank God for guiding me here, and for continuing to give so generously to our Union. We would not still be here if it weren't for following these teachings and having a strong relationship with the community.
Jeff and Shaleia have encouraged me to meditate, and I think this is particularly essential in our Union. Our minds need deep healing, and as I'm going deeper in the inner work, and through MAP, meditation feels like a digestion process, a gentle spa for my mind. I could feel the remnants of what was swimming around my thoughts dissipate, and I felt a deep sense of peace.

Meditation is perfect to accompany the Mirror Exercise, but the M.E. is really the foundation. Without the M.E. and all the support I received and continue to receive, I would not be sitting meditating next to Twin Flame!
And, it's fun! After meditating tonight, Josh and I felt really good. We looked at some potential 3br houses on Zillow, and then watched a few episodes of a really cool anime called Dragon's Dogma, based on a video game.
I'm so grateful for Jeff and Shaleia, this community and all that God has offered and continues to give to all his children here. It's a choice to continue to grow, heal, and learn, and I choose it!
