Toxic? Limerence? or TF?

You should understand how to distinguish between Twin Flame, toxic relationship patterns, limerence, and karmic partners. There's one key way to differentiate them, and I'll share it before delving into the details. When it's your true Twin Flame, they will heal alongside you. Your Twin Flame chooses unity with you, so when you prioritize healing, they do too. They support your journey as you work through toxicity in a relationship or address issues of limerence or false projection. When you value and love yourself, your true Twin Flame will be there to support your growth. In contrast, in relationships that aren't with your Twin Flame, you may choose to heal, but your partner won't progress in the same way, and they might drift away.

Some people claim they're merely toxic or based on limerence. Limerence is an intense, romantic infatuation that might not be rooted in reality. In your genuine Twin Flame connection, you can encounter toxic patterns, as I did in my own union. As I started healing and respecting myself, my Twin Flame began to do the same.

You can identify toxic patterns when your Twin Flame ignores your messages or doesn't engage with you. This can feel disrespectful, but it's often a reflection of how you treat yourself. In my case, I wasn't valuing myself, and my Twin Flame mirrored that behavior. Another red flag is when your Twin Flame is involved with other people simultaneously, which is unhealthy for your union. Establishing boundaries with your Twin Flame is crucial, not to push them away but to honor yourself. By withholding certain aspects of intimacy until you have a committed relationship, you show self-worth.

The idea is not to give everything away for free, as it diminishes the value of what you offer. When you start valuing yourself, your Twin Flame's perspective of you changes. It's essential to find a balance and prioritize your own needs. When you do, your Twin Flame becomes more attracted to your newfound confidence. I had a similar experience in my journey, where I decided not to be intimate until we had a committed relationship. It's essential to feel safe and make the intimate connection meaningful.

Remember, you don't have to set overly rigid rules, but you should value yourself and determine your boundaries. This change is about self-worth, not rejection. When both partners respect themselves and each other, the relationship flourishes. If you'd like to explore your own spiritual journey with your Twin Flame, consider an introductory session with me.
