Romance Challenge Day 1

"The Romance we desire exists purely within ourselves, and then it becomes externalized." -Jeff and Shaleia Divine, Twin Flames Romance Attraction e-Course, Lesson 1.

I'm taking part in the 8 Days of Romance Attraction this week and just finished Lesson 1. I found it a great reminder that in order to feel Romance, we must allow it to be there within first, before anything can externalize.

I've been learning to surrender to love at a deeper level first before reaching for anything in the external. I felt inspired to take a nice bath with rose scented bath gel and magnesium flakes, and this inspiration came after I chose love at a deeper level.

It is always nice to do nice things for yourself, and they can resonate even more deeply when you're already vibrating to love within. This is because wherever you go, there you are. An example is imagine a person who is depressed imagines they will feel happy when they win the lottery. When they finally do, they experience joy and elation, but thats short lived and before they know it, they're feeling depressed again. So it wasn't the external thing that made them happy.

You have all the power to choose joy and Romance now, no matter your outer circumstances. ❤️
