Self-discipline

I've asked several people lately what the real reason is that they didn't sign up for support such as TFAS and coaching so they could attain Harmonious Union with their Twin Flame, and do you know what many shared that REAL reason was for them?

It wasn't money or that they didn't believe the process would work.

It was they didn't believe THEY could be disciplined enough to do the work the school teaches! It was a lack of trust in THEMSELVES.

This makes sense. It is this reason I didn't sign up for many diet and exercise programs. I knew they worked. I just didn't trust MY OWN follow-through.

In order to have change in your life, something different needs to happen. Maybe you know exactly what change it is you need to make. But "nothing changes if nothing changes." This is where spiritual discipline comes into play.

Being disciplined is a process. You've seen people (and maybe yourself) try to be Gung Ho and make drastic changes, such as a crash diet or exercise routine. But extreme change shocks the system and isn't sustainable. Crashes and burnouts happen as a result.

When you have spiritual discipline, you start with making small, sustainable adjustments. These sustainable adjustments are what Jeff and Shaleia teach that works.

Here are some examples of sustainable adjustments:

-Waking up an hour earlier every day for a month.

-Starting with one Mirror Exercise per day for two weeks.

-Watching a TFAS class once a week to start

Once you master that level of discipline, and you feel SUPER STABLE in it, you can add something new, and so on...

This spiritual discipline process works for both physical as well as spiritual activity, such as inner work.

And, the good news is, you don't have to do it alone! You can have support so that it's not all you depending on your own willpower alone. That's the power of the classes, coaching and the community.

So, what is that one change you feel you can make today that is going to be sustainable for you? What would you need to be in your life in order to feel confident you could do it?
