Cave of Fear

Recently, I was watching a Twin Flame Ascension School class where Jeff and Shaleia discussed the importance of walking through your Cave of Fear and confronting your deepest, darkest fears on your journey towards attaining Harmonious Twin Flame Union.

They emphasized that while surrendering and letting go of limiting beliefs is essential, it's equally crucial to face your fears head-on. These fears may include abandonment or the fear of being attacked, and they act as obstacles that need to be overcome in order to achieve Harmonious Union. It's not enough to simply surrender and hope for the best; you need to confront these fears directly.

I know it can be challenging, but it's important to be patient and compassionate with yourself throughout this process. Remember, this is a journey, and it's worth taking. It may not happen overnight, but it's relatively swift compared to the fact that you've been on this journey your whole life, or even across multiple lifetimes if you believe in that.

Jeff and Shaleia mentioned that some people approach their fears but hesitate to enter the cave, or they continuously circle around it without fully committing to facing their deepest fears. It's like taking a glimpse into the darkness but retreating before going all the way in. This can happen when we start feeling our fears but then numb ourselves or divert our attention to external factors instead of fully experiencing and processing our emotions.

Feeling your feelings is key on this journey. It's not just about superficially acknowledging your anger or upset; it's about diving deeper into the layers beneath and uncovering the core emotions of fear, sadness, or whatever lies underneath. These emotions act as boulders in the path that cannot be avoided or bypassed. If you're feeling stuck on your Twin Flame journey, it's likely because you're not fully experiencing and moving through the emotions that need to be felt.

The journey towards Harmonious Union is a vibrational one, centered around your feelings. During coaching sessions or group discussions, it's essential to be in touch with your emotions. Sometimes, storytelling helps to gain clarity, but the ultimate goal is to delve into your feelings. As you peel back the layers, moving from numbness to frustration, anger, and beyond, you'll eventually reach the core emotions that require healing. This is where we bring love. We learn to love ourselves in those places where we previously felt hurt or disconnected.
