Pot of Gold yet?
In Twin Flame Ascension School, Jeff and Shaleia helped a student to see that even when she didn't think she was upset about something, that there was always an upset to heal until Perfect Union. Even if you feel peaceful right now, thinking you don't have any upsets left to heal is not correct, unless you're perfectly ascended and you can manifest a chest of gold with the snap of a finger.
You have upsets until you've ascended.
Can you manifest a chest of solid gold?
No? Why not?
You have upsets, that's why.
Until you can manifest a chest of sold gold, you have upsets.
There's your metric:
"Can I manifest a chest of solid gold?"
No chest = "I must be upset."
Looking for the next upset doesn't mean frantically searching and drilling into your consciousness. It means relaxing into your feelings and let the next upset arise. It always will. When you choose to feel your feelings all the time, you will begin to fast-track your healing process so that you're incorporating the Mirror Exercise into all parts of your life, thereby restoring all parts of your consciousness to harmony and perfection with the Divine.
The Power of Awareness and Relaxation
Rather than engaging in a frantic search for hidden upsets, the Twin Flame Ascension School teaches us to adopt a more relaxed approach to healing. This involves embracing our feelings and allowing the next upset to naturally surface. By continuously choosing to acknowledge and feel our emotions, we effectively fast-track our healing process. This practice extends beyond specific exercises and becomes an integrated part of our daily lives, leading us to restore all aspects of our consciousness to harmony and alignment with the Divine.
At the core of Twin Flame Ascension School's teachings lies the Mirror Exercise—an instrumental tool for self-reflection and healing. By mirroring our emotions and experiences through interactions with others, we gain profound insights into our own inner world. Implementing this exercise in all aspects of our lives enables us to address and heal deep-seated wounds, allowing us to move closer to the state of Perfect Union.
