DM Self-care

Today, my Divine Masculine Twin Flame Josh got his hair cut. We went to a Barbour shop and he got it cut by an expert. After that, he purchased some new organic deodorant that smelled really nice. These simple actions may not seem like a big deal to some, but they are crucial steps towards taking care of oneself. Josh recognized the importance of self-care, and he took the necessary steps to prioritize his physical and emotional well-being.

Self-care is a term that has been associated with the Divine Feminine Twin Flame for some time now. You see posts, memes, and articles about manicures, yoga, and bubble baths. However, it's important to acknowledge that self-care is just as important for the Divine Masculine Twin Flame. Self-care is essential for everyone, regardless of gender or spiritual polarity.

In the past, society has often pushed the idea that men should be tough, strong, and unemotional. However, this outdated mindset is changing. More and more men are recognizing the importance of taking care of themselves and prioritizing their mental and physical health. Self-care is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of strength and self-awareness.

One tool that has helped us in our journey towards self-care is the Mind Alignment Process Inc.'s new Health and Wellness program. This program has provided us with the tools and resources we need to make positive changes in our daily lives. By making conscious choices to prioritize self-care, we have seen improvements in our mental and physical health.

I am currently receiving Health and Wellness coaching with Dr. Chrissy Emerick, and while Josh doesn’t attend my sessions, since our Union chooses as One, when I choose to take care of myself, so does he. Remember: you are not separate from your Twin Flame!

Self-care is about making choices that support your well-being, whether that means taking some extra time to plan your meals for the week, going for a run, or practicing meditation. It's important to recognize that self-care is not selfish, but rather necessary for your overall well-being. When you take care of yourself, you are better equipped to take care of others and contribute positively to the world around you.

By prioritizing self-care and making conscious choices, we can improve our mental and physical health and contribute positively to the world around us.
